Oplossing - Solution

Stel   Bgsin x = θ   (1)
dan is   sin θ = x = cos (pi/2 − θ)
Hierdoor is   Bgcos x = pi/2 − θ   (2)
Tel (1) en (2) op en je verkrijgt Bgsin x + Bgcos x = pi/2
Neem maar eens een grafisch rekenprogramma zoals Graphmatica, en laat de grafiek tekenen van y =asin(x) + acos(x)
Je zal zien dat je een horizontaal lijnstukje krijgt,
ja slechts een lijnstuk want   x ∈ [−1, +1]
